I offer energy healing sessions designed to gently clear and release stuck or stagnant energy from the body and energetic field. My work focuses on helping you safely process and release that stored energy so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
My approach is trauma-informed and grief-sensitive, meaning I honor your pace, your boundaries, and your lived experiences. Healing is never forced. Instead, I create a grounded, compassionate space where your nervous system can feel supported and your energy can shift naturally.

What to Expect
Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand your intentions, concerns, or areas where you feel blocked. You will then relax, fully clothed, in a comfortable position, either seated or lying down.
During the session, I work intuitively with your energy field to identify and gently release areas of stagnation or imbalance. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or simply a sense of calm. Every experience is unique.
After your session, many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, or emotionally supported. Subtle shifts may continue to unfold in the days following as your energy integrates.
There is nothing you need to “do” during a session, simply allow yourself to rest and receive. Your body and energy already know how to heal.
