By using this site in any capacity, you voluntarily agree to this disclaimer. This ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY (this “Assumption and Release”) is entered into by and between the user of this page here of (the “Client”) and Lotus Design Company (the “Company”).
PURPOSE. The purpose of energy work and crystals is to encourage the Client to become an active participant in his or her own health and wellness. By supporting and educating the Client on the foundations of health and well-being and assisting the Client in implementing an energy aligned system, the stage is set to bring the body back into its natural balance.
NO DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS. The Company recommends to ALWAYS speak to a licensed medical provider prior to making any changes to the Client’s routine, including, but not limited to, nutrition, exercise, dietary supplementation, and use of home products and devices and personal care products. None of the information, comments, or recommendations shared by the site should be taken as medical advice, prescription, disease diagnosis, disease prevention, or disease treatment.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY. The company is not liable for the client’s health or safety. In consideration of the client’s receipt of energy work services or crystals from the practitioner, the client hereby accepts all risks, including risk of injury or death, that may result from such services and the client hereby releases the company, on the client’s behalf and on behalf of the client’s personal representatives, assigns, heirs, estate, and next of kin, from any and all liabilities, costs, claims, demands, causes of action and damages arising from any and all illness or injury to the client’s person, including death, that may result from or occur as a result of the client’s participation in the company’s services whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
TESTIMONIALS. Testimonials are examples. While accurate and authentic to the individual person they are not making claims and should not be interpreted as such. Each individual is different and as such results may vary.
TERMS & CONDITIONS. All sales are final on crystals. If there are concerns with your order, please reach out to info@LotusDesignCompany.com. Energy work has a separate contract that will be emailed to the client and needs to be signed and returned 72 hours prior to appointment.
